An Artistic Review of Roger Stephens, a local artist and illustrator from Chester.

Roger Stephens' line illustrations and meticulous watercolours are excellent, with great technique, strong composition and well-observed subjects. His wildlife pictures, in particular, are superb. We've used his work in books and leaflets, on interpretation panels, and in exhibitions for clients such as Cheshire West and Chester Council, United Utilities and the National Trust. He is easy to work with, too.
